Cole Collins is an associate director in Newmark’s Dallas office, working with executive managing director John Wolf, SIOR, to provide strategic landlord and tenant representation services to clients throughout the Dallas area, assisting clients with site location strategies. Known for his successful networking techniques and passion for client service, Cole’s strengths include long-term relationship development and knowledge of all decision aspects of property selection. Cole joined Newmark in 2019 after working at McNeff Commercial Real Estate, where he assisted clients with property sales and leasing transactions, focusing on landlord and tenant representation services. His experience also includes residential real estate at Coldwell Banker in Arkansas.
