Cody joined CBRE in 2017 and currently leads the Land and Development Advisory service in Edmonton. This position includes sourcing and facilitation of development land transactions as well as consultation and advisory services related to municipal requirements, land use, land assembly and market intelligence. Cody utilizes close relationships with municipal planning departments, financiers, planners and consultants to provide creative and well-informed solutions for all client groups.
