Cobey has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and business consultant marketing professional. In addition to owning and operating several businesses she served as a major account executive for Integrated Business Analysis, a multi-national business consulting firm. At IBA, Cobey worked with national assignments, which involved multiple industries, and involved facilitation of strategic planning. Cobey’s experience in lease negotiations and commercial sales coupled with her business consulting history, provides an excellent background for helping companies of all sizes with their unique real estate needs. She currently serves on the Board for NOCO CREW, Commercial Real Estate Women. She is actively involved in the local community and annually contributes a portion of her sales proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
