Clint Parker is a Managing Director and leads BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate team.
Clint specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors and developers with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, as well as assisting healthcare providers in developer selection, debt and equity financing, capital restructuring, and monetizing healthcare real estate assets. Clint was honored as the Top Producer for the Grubb & Ellis Central Texas Division. In association with Chris and their partners, Clint was responsible for overseeing all healthcare real estate transactions and capital market initiatives. Their clients include the nation’s top REITs, real estate developers, healthcare providers, and private capital investors. As business partners, Clint and Chris have completed transactions totaling more than $750 million on behalf of their clients. With a specialization in healthcare market investment sales, Clint’s primary focus is to produce a network of acquisition groups committed to aggressively acquiring healthcare real estate assets throughout the U.S.
