Clinton McKellar
Clinton McKellar is a managing director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Tenant Representation Services Group, joining the firm in 2011. Clinton has been the leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tech Practice Group since 2013. His team is focused on bridging the gap between commercial real estate and the fluid needs of high growth companies. The companies he represents have ambitious growth plans and dynamic real estate needs. Clinton has significant experience working with companies backed by venture capital and private equity, so he understands constraints around lease term length and the aversion to spending capital (or tying up lines of credit) on office space instead of people and product. His team manages project costs and timelines, negotiates the transaction, and works with vendors on the design, construction and furnishing of his client’s office space. He brings clarity and accountability to what can be an overwhelmingly complex process. Clinton is a licensed salesperson in the state of Georgia.
