Cliff Sondock
Clifford Sondock serves as Director of Leasing for Spiegel Associates focusing on retail and office properties.
Prior to joining in 1989, Mr. Sondock served as Director of Leasing/Development at First Washington Development Group in Washington D.C., a Real Estate Investment Trust; and prior to that served as a Projecting Leasing Manager and Senior Leasing Executive for Weingarten Realty Inc. in Houston, Texas, one of the largest shopping center REITs in the U.S. Mr. Sondock started his real estate career in 1980 as a loan officer with Chemical Bank's Real Estate Division, now J.P. Morgan Chase. Mr. Sondock is a member of ICSC since 1982, Board Member of Long Island Real Estate Group, President of the Land Use Institute and member of the CATO institute and the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Mr. Sondock graduated from Washington & Lee University, Lexington, VA.
