Cliff Porter

As executive vice president, sales manager and one of the firm’s principal brokers, Cliff is the recipient of multiple awards for top commercial real estate production, including top producer awards from the Richmond Association of Realtors and the Commercial Investment Exchange, and was also recognized by CCIM Dominion Directions with an award for the Significant Transaction of the Year (2006). Cliff holds the dual designation of both office and industrial specialist with SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and has also served as president of the Virginia SIOR chapter and as a member of SIOR’s National Research & Publications Committee. Cliff holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is a member of St. James Episcopal Church. He has also served as a coach and board member of Richmond Little League.
