Cliff Leinonen brings with him an impressive background of valuable insight and real estate market knowledge spanning over 20 years. He has bought and sold many cash flow properties, is an investor and a landlord, as well as previously having two modular home dealerships. Cliff has experience in new construction, land development, zoning, and subdivisions. He has commercial experience, recently negotiating a lease and sale for Domino's Pizza. Cliff is most proud of being able to work with multiple agencies and constituents, including Mass Audubon, to forever preserve the Sibley/Warner Farms in Central Mass. Cliff recently moved to the area purchasing a home in Wilmington, VT with his wife Cindy. Their combined passion for anything outdoors, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking had them in VT most winters. Cliff was a boy scout growing up and believes in the motto "be prepared". He is a member of the Scouting National Honor Society Order of the Arrow. Cliff is an avid snowboarder, skier, and salmon fisherman. He loves volleyball, the stock market and business news, rock collecting, and most of all Cliff enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and yellow lab. He was born and raised in central Massachusetts. Cliff graduated from UMass Lowell with a Business degree with a minor in economics. Cliff and Cindy work as a team in both Mass and Vermont and are newly licensed in Vermont. Cliff is the Owner/Broker of Houseworks Realty in Mass which he runs with his wife Cindy.
