Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2008, Clayton has closed over 220 investment real estate transactions valued at over $365 million. Clayton, exclusively representing both buyers and sellers, optimizes an effective, nationwide marketing platform and an extensive knowledge of the multifamily market in the Front Range to ensure that his clients grow and maintain their investment property portfolio.
