As Principal at Boyd Commercial, LLC, Clay Peeples has been active in commercial real estate brokerage since 1983. He joined Boyd Commercial in 1988, where he has consistently been a top producer. A specialist in industrial and office real estate brokerage, Clay has focused on selling and leasing distribution, manufacturing and service center facilities; site acquisitions and sales; investment property sales; build-to-suit and design/build projects; and numerous tenant representation assignments.
