Clay Sovich

Clay has over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate. During this period he has developed an in-depth knowledge of landlord leasing, tenant representation, accounting, investment sales and acquisitions. Clay began his real estate career in the mid-80s as manager of accounting for Grubb and Ellis in Pittsburgh. He oversaw financial reporting for buildings totaling more than 15 million square feet and had direct responsibility for clients that included IBM, PPG Industries, PNC Corp., Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania and numerous institutional investors. In 1990 Clay began focusing on real estate sales and leasing. Clay’s current assignments include leasing office and light industrial research space that the University of South Florida’s Research Park, nearly 1.5 million square feet of class “A” office product at the Corporate Center buildings at International Plaza and Hidden River and several light industrial parks in the I-75 corridor of Tampa.
