CJ Toohey

CJ joined Henry Group in 2022 as an experienced broker with a passion and specialty for land and industrial sales, leasing, and tenant representation. CJ’s background in international logistics and process controls gives him an intimate understanding of how industrial companies view and use real estate. It was this firsthand knowledge as a logistics and process professional that led CJ to transition into commercial real estate. CJ got his broker’s license and joined Unique Properties/TCN Worldwide in January of 2021. CJ is laser focused on the industrial property sector and his ability to tackle challenges head-on to find creative solutions makes him the perfect partner to have on your team as we face a rapidly evolving economic landscape. On a personal level, CJ hails from Lafayette, CA. After graduating from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN in 2017 with a B.A. in Business Finance, CJ made the trek out to Colorado where he lives with his girlfriend and two German Shepherds. When he’s not making you money in commercial real estate, CJ likes to wind down by reading, cooking, being a foodie, trying new activities, and spending time in the mountains.
