Cindy Metz

NAI Bergman since 2004, Cindy Metz heads the Retail Sales and Leasing for NAI Bergman in Greater Cincinnati. Her experience as a multi-store Subway franchisee gives her a unique insight into the needs of her clients. Clients include: Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Subway, Patterson Dental, Domino’s Pizza, Kabobski’s, and several independent medical/dental users. Cindy works with several area developers of shopping centers assisting in leasing inline as well as free-standing properties. She represents numerous Shopping Center operators including: American Commercial Realty, Crookshank Properties, Promanus Group and Woodcrest Capital, which include grocery-anchored shopping centers. She has developed relationships with scores of national retailers and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the Retail Council of NAI Global. Cindy has represented several non-profit groups to include: Shriner’s Syrian Temple, American Legion, Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, assisting non-profits in the sale and acquisition of real estate. She also works with clients in the sale and acquisition of investment properties. Significant transactions include Advance Auto “NNN” lease properties, Rafferty’s Restaurants, Taco Bell Restaurants, and Grandview Outlets.
