Chuck Young
Over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and property management.
Chuck joined the KW Commercial team in 2011. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with a B.A. in Business Management. He later received professional training at The New York Institute of Finance and with the University of Michigan’s Public Finance Institute. Chuck is currently a licensed Realtor in North and South Carolina and a member of Charlotte’s Commercial Board of Realtors. Real Estate investments and management have played a prominent role in his life. Chuck has worked over 25 years in the financial industry, where he has been involved in banking, brokerage, and proprietary bond trading. Consistently profitable throughout his trading career, he developed a keen eye for valuing assets and capitalizing on price discrepancies in the market. He brings these skills to real estate. Chuck enjoys coaching, fishing, hiking, and golf. He has spent countless hours with youth baseball organizations in both coaching and administrative capacities.
