Chuck Peters

Chuck has extensive experience in real estate consulting and turnaround management as well as traditional asset and property management. Peters founded Altair in 2005 to specialize in real estate turn-around and consulting for large institutional clients. That same year he acquired Signature Management Group (traditional property management) and in 2007 acquired Realty Management services (brokerage & property management). Combining the companies created the areas first firm dedicated exclusively to the practice of commercial real estate. Peters holds a BA in Communication Arts from Gannon University and is licensed to practice real estate in both the Commonwealth of PA and the State of NY and holds the Realtor ™ designation. Chuck is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the Association of University Research Parks. Governor Wolf recently reappointed Chuck to the Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority. He also services on Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Central and Northern PA and on the bi national board of the Council of the Great Lakes Region.
