Christy Crouch Smith is a SeniorAssociate for the CBRE Brokerage Services team in the Triad office of North Carolina; comprising the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and Burlington markets. Mrs. Smith provides strategic planning, tenant and landlord representation, as well as acquisition and disposition services for her clients. A Triad native, Mrs. Smith brings a breadth of communications and operations experience, as well as local market knowledge to CBRE|Triad. Christy is an enthusiastic communications professional with a passion and expertise for real estate, marketing and client-centric operations. Prior to becoming an Associate, she was the Client Services Specialist for the Triad office, where she was in charge of the Triad office's marketing and communications initiatives, coordinated all media and community relations, managed the website and oversaw a group of employees who implement overall office and property specific marketing tactics. Prior to joining CBRE, Christy worked at Allen Tate Real Estate in a marketing and operations management capacity. During this time, she was responsible for marketing properties and contract management for a team of four brokers. In addition to real estate, Mrs. Smith has extensive marketing and advertising experience. She spent over eight years in the Advertising industry in Atlanta and New York City, working with many Fortune 500 clients.
