Christopher Valela

Prior to Christopher’s start in commercial real estate brokerage in 2019, Christopher’s was a Portfolio Research Associate with CoStar Group where he specialized in gathering and analyzing commercial real estate market data. Christopher maintains great relationships with both his current and past clients. He is a strong negotiator and relationship focused and advocates firmly on his clients’ behalf. Christopher’s transaction specialties include: development land assembly, office and industrial relocations, expansions and renewals. Christopher currently holds a Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business – York University. He also achieved ENCOR’s 2022 Rookie of the Year Award. Christopher is an active member in commercial real estate associations such as NAIOP, TREB, OREA, CREA. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys snowboarding, surfing and other water sports. He also enjoys team sports such as soccer and hockey. Christopher’s music of choice is classic rock as he plays the guitar.
