Christopher Thames

Christopher leads office building management operations, lease renewals and construction efforts for the company. His deep understanding of building maintenance and improvements and tenant relations has enabled him to successfully represent notable banks, corporate headquarters and healthcare facilities, among others. Christopher joined JH Berry in 2002 and has since become a life member of the Million Dollar Sales Club received his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designations. He is actively engaged in the Southeastern commercial real estate industry through his involvement with the Birmingham Commercial Realtors Council, Alabama CCIM and the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Class of 2011. Christopher graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Christopher serves on St. Vincent’s Health System’s foundations junior board and is a member of Mountain Brook Community Church. He is actively involved with the Vestavia Parks and Recreation, Boys and Girls Club and United Way binging the community together. He was previously a member of Birmingham’s Phoenix Club, which benefits the Boys and Girls Clubs. In his spare time, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, Adrienne, Caroline, Rutland and Mitchell, and is an avid fisherman, hunter and golfer.
