Christopher Smith

Mr. Smith specializes in the leasing of commercial office buildings in Palm Beach County, representing both Landlords and Tenants. Mr. Smith relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida and joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in 2017. Prior to joining NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Mr. Smith worked for Colliers International in Boston, Massachusetts where he represented both Tenants and Landlords. His clients list included companies such as, The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Jamestown Properties & Damrell Properties (Verndale), as well as emerging technology and creative market tenants. Mr. Smith is a graduate of Rollins College, Winter Park, FL with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science. He has a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License, a Massachusetts Real Estate Sales Person License. Smith was a 2015 Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Rising Star of the Year Award Nominee.
