Chris Scott is a Vice President specializing in life science brokerage across Cambridge and Boston’s inner suburbs. In addition to his work on a landlord portfolio with over 800,000 square feet of office and lab, Chris has represented a wide range of tenants from early-stage startups to fast-growth and publicly traded life science and technology companies. With over eight years’ experience, Chris understands the highly-nuanced space needs of life science tenants and ensures that his client’s real estate and facilities are aligned with their future growth. His expertise extends to relocations, expansions, lease renewals, and strategic long-term real estate planning. Prior to joining LPC, Chris was a top sales representative at Sophos and Acronis Software. He holds a Finance degree from Loyola University Maryland, and in his free time enjoys to golf and ski.
