Christopher Robinson

Chris was raised from childhood around the apartment business and dove head first into brokerage in 2002 at the age of 22. Chris graduated from UC Santa Barbara where he studied Business Economics. Chris is a principal in several investment properties throughout California which gives him firsthand landlord experience to represent his clients’ best interests. Chris leads the Mission Valley office at Northside Drive and has led purchase & disposition transactions totaling $1,145 Billion in gross value. Chris focuses on multifamily assets between 5 and 100 units throughout the County. Chris is currently working with a number of San Diego apartment investors who are looking to cash out, facilitate an exchange or expand their portfolios in 2018. In his free time, Chris enjoys surfing, staying fit, mountain biking, international travel, meditation, yoga, & spending time with family and friends. Chris resides in La Jolla with his dog Baxter.
