Christopher Pascale

A 33-year veteran of CBRE, Chris Pascale is recognized among his peers as Central San Diego’s market leader by his impressive client list. Representing both landlords and tenants, Chris has demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the transaction process. Chris is recognized as the pre-eminent Business Park Land Specialist in San Diego County, having been employed by the City of San Diego to dispose of their excess land parcels. Chris was the 2000 and 2004 recipient of the McCarthy Award, CBRE's highest local honor, and is a 14-year board member and past president (2009) of the San Diego chapter of NAIOP. He was voted NAIOP Broker of the Year in 2001 and 2003 and is on the Board at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego.
