Christopher Murphy

Chris Murphy has dedicated 20 years to working in all facets of commercial real estate including leasing, portfolio management, financial analysis, asset management, construction and tenant buildouts, large ground up and redevelopment projects, and acquisition and disposition of sites. Chris has operated portfolios of properties and overseen teams on behalf of large publicly traded REIT’s, private developers, and Pension Funds with projects throughout the State of Florida. In 2017, Chris was appointed by the Vice Mayor to the Board of Directors of the Northwest Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) which oversees and approves new construction and redevelopment projects within Northwest Fort Lauderdale. Chris has been a guest lecturer and mentor to the students of the Nova Southeastern University MBA in Real Estate Development program for more than 10 years. He also holds the prestigious CCIM and CPM designations, as well as a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from NSU and a Florida Realtor’s License. Chris is an avid real estate investor, a passionate boater, an amateur skier, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
