Chris began his real estate career in affordable housing with Fannie Mae, focused on Community Land Trust (C.L.T.) initiatives and projects as a means to provide affordable housing options for underserved communities in Los Angeles City. Chris entered the residential lending sector working with residential lending options for Wells Fargo Financial on single and multi-family FHA & Conventional loans. He entered the commercial real estate sector by working for giant landlords, GE Capital Real Estate Division and Westfield Shopping Centers. Currently, Chris holds a C.A Real Estate Broker License transacting residential, multi-family and commercial transactions for Vinco Vinco Realty Group. With a diverse set of skills ranging from single-family, multi-family, land and commercial transactions, Chris is an asset to various clients in a wide-range of real estate transactions ranging from home sales and commercial deals to land development sales. Chris attended the University of Southern California (USC) and obtained a Master’s of Urban Planing with an Economic Development focus. Chris attended the University of San Francisco (USF) and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while playing Division I Collegiate Men’s Soccer. Chris is part of the R.E.A.P. Alumni Network (Real Estate Associate Program), (ULI) Urban Land Institute, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), APA (American Planning Association) and SCAR (Southern California Association of Realtors).
