ABOUT

Chris brings more than three decades of brokerage experience to KBC. He proudly joined the KBC team with a focus on growing the brokerage business and helping to support and grow the development business within the KBC Phoenix office. His deep industry experience makes him a valuable mentor to other brokerage professionals, whom he enjoys assisting with professional growth. Chris’ expertise has afforded him many opportunities in the industry. Prior to joining KBC, Chris held various leadership roles at other commercial real estate firms before relocating from the Greater Chicago area to Phoenix. He also spent time at AMB Property Corporation, which has since merged with Prologis, where he oversaw the leasing of a 15M SF Industrial portfolio in the Greater Chicago area. A main highlight of Chris’ career was founding and building a Chicago area brokerage firm, still in operation today. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 100M SF of transactions, totaling over $1B. Chris has extensive experience in working on behalf of private and institutional property owners as well as working with global occupiers/tenants in assisting them with their real estate needs. Chris attended Arizona State University and is a member of SIOR and holds real estate licenses in both Arizona and Illinois. Outside of work, Chris is an advocate for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
