Chris Everest founded Nordlund Associates, Inc. in April of 2002. He designed the firm to offer comprehensive service to a select group of clients who benefit from ongoing relations. Personal service augmented with technology has enabled the Nordlund Associates to compete successfully with other firms at all levels of industry locally and throughout the United States. Prior to forming Nordlund Associates, Inc. Chris Everest was a Senior Partner with the firm GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Everest. Having joined the firm in 1994, transactions that included the renegotiation of 200,000 SF on behalf of Instrumentation Laboratory and managing the leasing for more 100 branch offices for Simplex Time Recorder, served to further develop the firms presence in the Greater Boston Real Estate and National Market.
