Christopher Etmanczyk

Chris has been a commercial real estate advisor with Lee & Associates since 2010 and had previously provided commercial real estate services with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. beginning in 2005. He is a Madison native and a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While specializing in real estate acquisition, site selection, financial modeling, and negotiation, Chris has successfully executed hundreds of purchase and lease transactions representing his client’s diligently. He has advised on market penetration strategy and overall site and market analytics for his clients. Chris has also consulted on tax increment financing (TIF) projects and assisted in financial modeling and execution. Chris consistently works to the highest professional standards and thrives when working with other professionals to deliver results that benefit both the client and the company. His broad experience and concern for client interests allows him to bring focus to each individual transaction. Ethical practices are the backbone of Chris’ success. In 2015, Chris was named Partner at Lee and Associates of Madison and in 2019 Managing Partner. In addition to real estate brokerage, Chris manages and services a balanced portfolio of real estate investments across a number of asset classes to maintain and achieve quality equity returns.
