Christine Pemberton
Chris was born and raised in Maine. She grew up in Yarmouth, attended college in New England, and has opened and sold several small businesses in greater Portland and southern midcoast. With over twenty-two years of real estate sales and marketing experience, she brings integrity, creativity, and tenacity to the team. Her love for people, problem-solving, and sharp negotiation skills result in a huge sphere of influence filled with friends, family, clients, and return business and referrals. With numerous years in the hospitality and vacation rental business, she brings a perfect skill set for locating and securing investment and holiday property from Southern Maine, the lower mid-coast, and Casco Bay Islands. Great Diamond Island is one of her favorite spots in Maine. Chris currently works from a Portland West End location and resides in Scarborough's Pine Point area. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her Goldendoodle, Lucy, traveling, hiking, tennis, art, live music, and adventures with friends and family. She is currently enrolled in painting and design classes. Chris serves on the Yarmouth Alumni Executive Board, and several volunteer fundraising committees.
