Christina Snyder

Prior to joining TRI Commercial, Christina was Vice President with Ethan Conrad Properties focusing on acquiring, selling, leasing and repositioning retail centers throughout the greater Sacramento area up through Penn Valley for 2 years. Prior to that Christina was a Leasing Associate with Kimco Realty Corporation working on properties throughout the greater Sacramento area and the Bay Area on Grocery Anchored centers for 9 years. Kimco Realty Corporation is the largest owner of Shopping Centers in the world and REIT on the NYSE. Kimco’s properties consisted of Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers, Large Shopping Malls, and Big Box Centers. Through working with Kimco, I worked with National, Regional and mom and pop Tenants. Prior to entering Commercial Real Estate was a Paralegal for four years and a Private Investigator for three years after graduating college in 2000. She also taught briefly at MTI a course for their prestigious Paralegal Certification Program on Introduction to Civil Litigation.
