Christina Axvig

Hello! My name is Christina Axvig. I am originally from Macomb, Illinois. I graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's in Business Management in 1998. I have 3 children. We live in the College Community School district. My two boys attend school there, while my daughter is a freshman in college. My husband, Tom, and I have been married for 5 years. He is a mortgage lender with Collins Community Credit Union in Cedar Rapids. <br><br>I began my Real Estate career in 2001 because I have had a love of houses for as long as I can remember. I used to have graph paper and I would sketch out different floor plans and my "dream" house! Helping people with their personal Real Estate goals is a true passion of mine. I take pride in determining my clients individual needs from their first home to their last. <br><br>My other specialty is Investment Properties. Tom and I started to purchase investments, one at a time and we have grown our rental inventory to 12 rentals. I will help you understand how to make it work and be realistic in growing your inventory gradually. If you would like to purchase and flip the property, I can help you with that. <br><br>I recently received the designation Residential Real Estate Council (RRC). The RRC designation congratulates agents for professional accomplishments in both experience and education within the field.
