Christian Vaughan

Christian Vaughan is a Vice President in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. Bringing a background in detailed financial analysis, Vaughan’s core focus lies in advising clients on how to maximize the value of their healthcare real estate investments. Prior to joining Northmarq, Vaughan served as a Director at Stan Johnson Company, where he joined in 2016 as part of the healthcare specialized team. In 2021, Vaughan was recognized by Stan Johnson Company with the “Rising Star” award, as one of the top producing associate brokers across the country. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Vaughan attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance & Accounting and was recognized as the ONEOK Outstanding Contributor to the College of Business. After graduation, Vaughan joined the global accounting firm Deloitte & Touche in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he assessed risk in financial reporting, and performed detail analysis of financial statements for a Fortune 150 regulated utility client.
