As an associate at Newmark Zimmer, Christian Roustic is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of investment properties on behalf of clients. He works with private investors, family offices, regional investment groups, and institutional investor clientele. His services include the identification, evaluation, marketing, and negotiation of investment property types including industrial, multi-family, mixed-use and development land. Christian also provides advisory services to clients for planned developments. In this role, his expertise lies in deal structuring, analysis, project budgeting, evaluation, and financial modeling; essentially providing the "go or no go" decision for each project. He performs market and financial feasibility analysis for multifamily and mixed-use development. Christian has spent time in Newmark Zimmer’s Property Management Group. Through that experience he gained insightful knowledge on the operational side of real estate during lease-up and once an asset is stabilized. He possesses additional skills and knowledge that gives an advantage as a real estate practitioner, bringing a wholistic approach to every deal. On behalf of his clients, Christian is involved with each of the five phases of development; predevelopment, construction, start-up operations, stabilized operations, and sale & disposition. Recently, Christian has completed the Real Estate Financial Modeling Bootcamp. This has enabled him to become a master of his craft in deal analysis and financial modeling. Christian is receiving recognition for his work in commercial real estate. In 2021, he was highlighted in the Kansas City Business Journal as one of the top 5 Up and Comers in Commercial Real Estate.
