His primary areas of focus have been retail, restaurants, mixed-use, land and redevelopment opportunities. In his previous role with Colliers International, Christian represented landlords and tenants for their commercial real estate needs. Some of his landlord clients include Duffy Properties, Greystar, Kensington Investment Company, North Point Capital Group, RP Realty Partners, Sousa Realty and Waterstone Properties Group. Christian's tenant representation clients include BATL, Candytopia, Clothes Mentor, Discount Tire, Edward Jones, Firehouse Subs, Gardner School, Panda Express, Raising Canes, Sally Beauty, Sandbox VR, Sola Salon, Walgreens, X Golf and 9 Round Fitness. Beyond his leasing experience, he has also gained expertise in development, merchandising, and property management while working for developers such as Waterstone Properties Group and The Wilder Companies. Christian is extremely active within the Boston real estate community as part of the ICSC NextGen Program Committee, the Developing Leader Program Committee for NAIOP, and the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group. Christian is a graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts where he played varsity lacrosse. In his spare time he volunteers with the Boys & Girls Club of Boston, The Sport Museum, and the Philippines Lacrosse Association. He also plays on the Philippines national lacrosse team.
