Christian Fox

Christian has been an active real estate professional since 1987 and is Co-Owner of Pacific Real Estate Services, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company. He is the leading property manager for multiple marque commercial buildings in Eugene, Oregon, and the Managing Partner of multiple real estate investment funds. Formerly, he was Regional Manager of a large private equity real estate group holding major retail and office properties in Oregon and Washington. He has served on the boards of multiple community organizations, and currently Treasurer of The Friends of Buford Park and Mt. Pisgah. Christian’s passion and professional focus for urban areas are Whole building redevelopment with a professional team where he can provide experienced real estate services for investment, leasing, and management. He has had the opportunity to join with a few brilliant development teams over the last 10 years. The common theme has been to repurpose and redevelop interesting buildings at the core of the city. Many have been the catalyst for more redevelopment projects in the area. His other passion is farmland, particularly wine country properties. Through years of his own family’s involvement in the wine industry, he now provides a suite of wine country services in western Oregon. Oregon has beautiful farmland, premium soils, and an international mix of wineries.
