Christian Dyer joined CBRE, Inc. (formerly Insignia/ESG) in May of 1993 as an office leasing specialist in Philadelphia. With over 30 years of real estate experience in Philadelphia, Chris has been a consistent top producer in the Philadelphia market. In the past 10 years, Mr. Dyer has completed lease transactions in excess of one million square feet and has brokered more than 7 million square feet of leases since he joined the firm. Chris represents both tenants and landlords in the Philadelphia market and is highly regarded by his clients, as well as his peers in the industry. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Dyer was a National Accounts Manager for Peirce-Phelps, Inc. where he was a top producer and Salesperson of the Year in 1991 and 1992. His background also includes the year-long General Electric Company Executive Sales Training Program and over thirty-eight years of successful sales and marketing experience.
