Christian is a Vice President on Transwestern’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Group. He is responsible for leasing over 1.2 million square feet of a medical office, life science and Ambulatory Surgery Center portfolio in the greater Houston area. He also specializes in Tenant Representation for Physicians, Healthcare, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Life Science clients. His portfolio includes properties in The Medical Center, Midtown, Museum District, Bellaire, Spring, Katy, Sugar Land, and Kingwood. He is actively engaged in business development, leasing, marketing, and research. Christian has been with Transwestern since 2015 with the sole focus in Healthcare & Life Sciences markets from the start. From 2015 to 2020, Christian was part of a team that completed over $300 million of lease and sales transactions. His success and effectiveness is based on the quality of his relationships, where he consistently seeks out synergistic solutions to best meet his clients’ needs.
