Christel has experience in most every area of Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero Florida with multi-million dollar properties, Investment properties, Commercial, Airport properties and distressed property sales. She is well known in the Industry for her high level of professionalism, which includes her vast knowledge of values in the area , the mastering of the negotiating , and the diligent use of people skills and team affiliations to follow a transaction from beginning to end with great care. Her clients are never disappointed when the transaction becomes the most pleasant and enjoyable experience possible. She A graduate from the University of Nebraska with a BA in Journalism, she studied advertising and marketing, interior design, and business management. She has a minor in German and speaks it as a second language. She grew up in the Midwest and spent 15 years between the Midwest and Southern United States as a Manager and Area Manager in the retail clothing industry. She taught and trained employees and management in reaching the highest standards in customer service. She has brought this standard into her real-estate career. She is currently working with an outstanding team of Realtors which are all operating as a team to produce the best result for our clients. She has been on the PTA for Vineyards Elementary and served on the board and President. She has served on the School Advisory Counsel for Vineyards Elementary School , Gulf Coast High School and currently at Estates Elementary School. She also was a teacher in the Junior Achievement program for Middle school. She is a youth leader for the High School youth group at St. Agnes Catholic Church where she is also a member. She is also a Member of Naples Area Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Naples Chamber of Commerce. She is an Avid supporter of American Heart Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Susan G Koman Breast Cancer Foundation. She is an artist and musician and enjoys traveling.?
