He is an expert in office leasing, tenant representation, investor services, and business development. He partners with both local and institutional clients, focusing on increasing occupancy, strategically enhancing net operating income (NOI), and maximizing asset values. Following the acquisition of Peloton by JLL, Chris continued his leadership journey as an Executive Vice President at JLL. A 29,000-square-foot lease with ITT Technical Institute and a 40,000-square-foot lease with Leprechaun Health Care, 69,000-square-foot lease with Walco International, Inc., and a 22,000-square-foot lease with Stanley Tools.
