Chris serves as head of office leasing for Colliers’ Dallas-Fort Worth market. In this role, he leads efforts for our office leasing and investor services teams focusing on business development and leveraging Colliers' comprehensive tools and resources to help our landlord clients increase occupancy, strategically boost NOI, and maximize the value of their assets. Chris is an accomplished and highly regarded real estate professional with a proven track record of success and holds numerous awards and recognitions. Since beginning his career in 2001, Chris has completed over 930 transactions, encompassing more than 7.1 million square feet and totaling $677 million in transaction value. He is an expert in office leasing, tenant representation, investor services, and business development. He partners with both local and institutional clients, focusing on increasing occupancy, strategically enhancing net operating income (NOI), and maximizing asset values. He focuses on driving business development and leveraging extensive tools and resources to support the team. Chris is particularly skilled in lease negotiations and financial analysis, bringing a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs to every engagement. Chris is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with 23 years of experience specializing in office leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and business development. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles at several prominent firms, including serving as a Senior Associate at Stream Realty Partners, Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, Executive Vice President at Rubicon Representation, and Senior Vice President at Peloton Commercial Real Estate. Following the acquisition of Peloton by JLL, Chris continued his leadership journey as an Executive Vice President at JLL. Chris’ experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Stream Realty Partners, Senior Vice President at Grubbs & Ellis, Executive Vice President at Rubicon Representation, and Senior Vice President at Peloton Commercial Real Estate. Chris joined JLL in 2019 after the acquisition of Peloton. Since 2001, Chris has competed 850 transactions totaling over 5,100,000 square feet and $408,000,000 in transaction value. These transactions include a 437,000 square-foot lease with Lockheed Martin, a second 250,000 square-foot lease with Lockheed Martin, a 106,000 square-foot lease representing Animal Health International, Inc. A 29,000-square-foot lease with ITT Technical Institute and a 40,000-square-foot lease with Leprechaun Health Care, 69,000-square-foot lease with Walco International, Inc., and a 22,000-square-foot lease with Stanley Tools. Transactions have also included leases and property dispositions in multiple markets across the United States for Walco International, Inc. and Animal Health International, Inc Chris graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems. The Dallas Business Journal has included him in an edition of their “40 under Forty” listing and named him “Heavy Hitter” (office leasing) as well as “Rookie of the Year.” Chris was recognized in “Top 35 under 35” listing by Black’s Guide and named “Best Commercial Real Estate Broker in Dallas” by D-CEO Magazine. Chris is currently a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and Board Chairman for the Touchdown Club Foundation of Dallas.
