Since 2001 Chris has represented clients across a wide range of commercial real estate requirements. As a founding member of Texas Overland, Chris utilizes his diverse transaction history to seek creative and beneficial outcomes for his clients. Prior to Texas Overland Chris worked at InSite Realty Partners and Colliers International. His attention to detail and willingness to tackle unconventional real estate problems has earned him a reputation of producing results where others have failed. Chris’s specific areas of interest include office & retail tenant representation, buyer representation, investment sales, medical/professional representation, and project leasing. Born and raised in Houston, Chris attended Baylor University and now resides in Briargrove Park with his wife Laura and daughter Anne. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors. Chris is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR).
