Chris Vassilian began his real estate career with Lee & Associates in 2021. His practice focuses on three main types of commercial real estate transactions: Tenant Representation, Agency Leasing, & Capital Markets. Tenant Representation – Chris has worked on individual assignments throughout Orange County and Los Angeles, representing manufacturers and distributers between 2,000 – 50,000 SF. He takes pride in helping small businesses find new locations in sought after industrial space. He has experience with office and medical tenants as well. Landlord Advisory – Chris has worked with private landlords and business owners in leasing or selling industrial, office, and medical office buildings. He works closely with a group of institutional and middle market investment groups and solicits off-market deals for them through his network as well as helps landlords attract a larger pool of buyers during a listing Capital Markets – Chris has been apart of $75,000,000 of capital markets in transitioning Southern California industrial owners into NNN exchange properties to capture the appreciation of their properties and transition from offense to defense with lower risk income producing properties.
