Chris joined New South Properties in 2023 as a Senior Real Estate Advisor, bringing over two decades of full-cycle commercial real estate experience to the team. A lifelong learner, Chris proudly holds the CCIM designation and has earned both a BBA and an MBA in Real Estate. With expertise spanning site selection, ground-up development, redevelopment, and investment sales, Chris provides comprehensive real estate guidance, brokerage, and consulting across the Southeast. His extensive career includes over 500 transactions and more than $1 billion in development and redevelopment projects. Chris has played a key role in shaping high-profile signature assets and corporate headquarters across various industry verticals in the region. Before joining New South Properties, Chris worked at prominent firms including Childress Klein, Lincoln Property, and JLL, with time spent in both the Atlanta and Charlotte offices. His outstanding accomplishments have earned him multiple industry accolades, including awards from the Costar Group and the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). Throughout his career, Chris has had the privilege of working with key clients such as Lincoln Property, Childress Klein, Pope & Land, The United States Postal Service, City of Charlotte, Bank of America, McColl Center, Wells Fargo, Sunlife Financial, American Realty Capital, QuikTrip, and The Foundation for the Carolinas. His expertise and dedication have made him a respected leader in the commercial real estate industry.
