A native of San Jose, California, Chris Twardus is 46 years old, and currently resides in Morgan Hill. Mr. Twardus joined Colliers International in 1986 and has specialized in land sales and investment properties for the past ten years. With a concentration focused on the sale and development of residential subdivision land, Mr. Twardus has also been active with various residential product types such as mid-density and high- density developments, as well as government subsidized projects working with local, state and federal financing. During his employment with Colliers International, Mr. Twardus has achieved the 80/20 club status seven times and has been involved with the sale of over $100 million dollars in real estate transactions. In 1985, Mr. Twardus was employed full-time with Santa Clara Land Title Company while attending classes to complete his college education. Within the following eighteen months, Mr. Twardus was promoted to the Special Projects Division where he researched title issues and prepared preliminary title reports for the Commercial Escrow Department. Education Mr. Twardus graduated in 1985 from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
