He looks at every situation with a critical eye and uses hard facts combined with industry knowledge to complete deals. Chris joined Colonnade BridgePort in 2017. Previously, he was perfecting his research skills while working at an Ottawa based commercial brokerage for 10 years as a research consultant. While employed there he became a licensed Sales Representative working mainly with development land and commercial leasing. To further his understanding of the Ottawa market, Chris completed the City of Ottawa Planning Primer Course.
