Prior to founding Alter Development, Chris spent 15 years working for his family business in Michigan. In 2010 Chris and his family moved to Louisville, Kentucky where he continued his career assisting two companies build their construction and real estate businesses. Passionate about real estate, development, and construction, Chris is focussed on creating an experience for his customers that is exciting, rewarding, and exceeds the highest expectations.
