Chris Terry

Chris has over 30 years of experience in providing leadership in relationship management, team development, finance, and construction/real estate development. Prior to joining Hamilton Real Estate Group in 2023, Chris spent 18 years in commercial banking and the past 13 years working in commercial construction and real estate development. Chris brings extensive client relationship experience that has been developed through a broad network of interactions, relationships, and project involvement with local, regional, and national opportunities. Chris will implement unique and innovative approaches to all facets of real estate – development, investment sales, land sales, and consulting. He will commit to personalized real estate strategies that are based upon a strong foundation of values. Community is important to Chris, and he has been actively involved with many organizations including Rochester Commercial Builders Council, Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, YMCA of Red Wing, Red Wing Port Authority, and Rochester Sports Foundation. Spending time with family is where you will find Chris when not at work – at the lake, outdoors, and traveling.
