Chris Stack

Christopher E. Stack is a Vice President in CB Richard Ellis, Brokerage Services Group. Mr. Stack has been active in the real estate industry for over 19 years and has broad and diverse experience in many facets of the commercial real estate business, including office, flex and warehouse properties. As consultant and exclusive agent, his transaction background includes investment sales, property management, development, financing, and leasing. During his career Mr. Stack has represented numerous companies in evaluating and assisting in the purchase and/or disposition of commercial real estate, including: Lennar/Morgan Stanley, AT&T, MONY, Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, Strategic Realty Advisors, TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, New York State Department of Insurance, Crown North Corp., and Paragon Enterprises. Mr. Stack's extensive experience also includes representing companies in corporate relocation and assessing alternative site locations for local and regional facilities. His clients have included State Farm Insurance, Tektronix, Advest, and AT&T. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Stack was a Vice President with Koll Real Estate Services where he oversaw the management and leasing activities of the Long Island office. In this position, he directed the leasing campaign for several office properties, including Garden City Plaza, a 410,000 square foot office complex where the vacancy rate was reduced from 33% to 3%. In the past year, Mr. Stack has been responsible for the leasing and selling of major properties in the Long Island area.
