Christopher W. Sill specializes in the leasing, sale and development of retail and office properties in San Joaquin Valley of Northern California. His expertise extends to Landlord/Tenant advisory services, retail void analysis, strategic repositioning and implementing successful marketing strategies to stabilize all types of retail properties including anchor, shop and pad locations. In addition, as an active member of the Lee Distressed Property Services Group, offering troubled asset advisory services with a focus on retail properties. He has had significant involvement in the analysis and disposition of distressed/troubled assets, commercial REO/ foreclosures, brokers opinion of value and corporate excess property throughout his career.
