Chris began his career at Lee & Associates in 2002 and is a founding Principal of the Lee & Associates Oakland office, which opened in 2006. In that time, Chris has completed over 1000 transactions in leases and sales of warehouse, manufacturing, and light industrial properties throughout the East Bay. Chris resides in the East Bay with his wife and two daughters.
