Chris received his B.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University in December of 2004. He began as a superintendent in New York City overseeing retail TI work and moved to an Assistant PM for a variety of different responsibilities on a high- rise luxury residential construction project in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Chris was fortunate to be given the opportunity to manage the structural operations on the rebuilding of the iconic One World Trade Center. For over 5 years, Chris was part of the incredible effort to rebuild and bring the massive 105-floor structure to existence. Certainly, an experience that has changed many lives and redefined the skyline of NYC. After relocating to Denver in 2013, he joined Community First Commercial Real Estate, and is focusing on representing tenants in emerging areas of the Downtown Denver submarket (LoDo, RiNo, LoHi, Ballpark) with an emphasis on creative space. In addition, he offers up his Construction Management services as part of the firm’s “Construction Management Light.”
