Chris Richardson, CCIM

Chris Richardson, CCIM is a shareholder and serves as a Director at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate. His skillset and emphasis involve investments sales, retail leasing, and land acquisition. He is one of the founding partners of Logic Commercial Real Estate. Chris is a member and designee of the Southern Nevada CCIM, where he serves on the board of directors, he is a Power Broker award winner for multiple consecutive years. He also serves with several local charities and organizations. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. Chris has been involved in over $600M in transactions over the term of his 15-yr commercial real estate career. Prior to brokerage, Chris was in office and retail development locally in Las Vegas and attributes this experience to his approach to brokerage to “always think like an owner.” A partial list of notable clients he’s worked with include Rialto Capital, Ovation Development, and Newcastle Properties, Café Rio, Sport Clips, Café Zupas, and Broken Yolk Café. Chris was born and raised Las Vegas, NV. Family is a top priority and Chris, with his wife and two kids enjoy weekend trips, scouting, and RV-ing.
